ROS-CASTEJON ABOGADOS, S.C. is a professional law firm that opened its services in Torrevieja in 1991, making it one of the strongest, oldest and most reputable law firms in the city of Torrevieja, although its scope of practice covers virtually the entire southeastern coast of Spain.

It is run by the lawyers Maria Dolores Castejón and Federico Ros,who from the beginning of their careers have been specializing in different subjects and areas of law, with the aim to ensure that the various needs of clients are met properly and with the best criteria of excellence.

For more than twenty-five years, the offices of ROS-CASTEJON have been advising hundreds of clients, mostly foreigners in the process of purchasing a holiday home or a permanent residence on the coast or in a rural situation in the Land of Valencia, or elsewhere in the southeast of Spain. Our services are always based on dedication,reliability and professionalism and range from the procurement of all the information required by Spanish law to land you a fully binding title deed to our representing you at any public offices, including the Tax Office. We can also prepare your last Will and Testament and, inthe fullness of time, control the process of the declaration of heirs and the acceptance and distribution of your inheritance.

In our role of representing and defending the interests of our clients at Law Courts, our main competences lie within Civil law, especially Family law, and Criminal Law. We are a Law firm of reference in the region, frequently present in major criminal cases tried at various Law Courts. We also deal with matters of administrative litigation.
